This PUT endpoint is used to link a Plaid inquiry for the user with the provided user token.
The endpoint will then download all session data and images from the Plaid platform.
To use this endpoint, you need to provide the user_token as a parameter in the URL Path as well as a identity_verification_id as a Query Parameter.
The response will contain succeess boolean with an error description in a JSON format.
